Private heated swimming pool. Lawn bowling. Summer kitchen with wood oven. Alpine skiing + Revard cross-country 12km. Aix les Bains thermal baths. Character pavilion in the heart of the Aix countryside on the Revard road, in the Bauges Regional Natural Park. Very quiet residential hamlet facing south-west. Pleasant preserved setting of meadows, hills and forests. Beautiful private terrace. Superb outdoor space very neat and flowery with heated swimming pool, bowling alley and summer kitchen. Superb very clear view on the countryside. An exceptional address between lake and mountain! A large house with 4 cottages, a common swimming pool with a summer kitchen to relax, bask and admire the landscape. In winter, in a few minutes, you reach the cross-country ski trails of the Savoie Grand Revard area, an ideal territory also for snowshoeing.
