Claude's Cabin Riverfront on the South Holston River

Riverfront cabins located on the South Holston River. These are the latest addition to our 5 star rated riverfront home Listing # 907570 which is perfect for families or large groups. We also have two other cabins available for rent.

Please contact owner for pre-approval for a pet stay. Pets must be approved prior to booking and additional fees will apply.

This 600 square foot cabin will have an open floor plan with all high quality furnishings as well as many unique decorations taken directly from the family farm.

The cabin will have two queen size beds and give you plenty of room for sitting back and enjoying the views.

A spacious bath with a large step in shower.

The kitchen is furnished with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker which also has to ability to brew traditional coffee. The kitchen has all dishes, dinnerware, pots and pans. Everything you need for preparing meals.

All linens, pillows, towels and basic comforts of one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bath are provided with your rental.

Modern conveniences such as flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and heat pump are a few of the amenities for your comfort and relaxation.

Breathtaking views and private country setting are all waiting for you to visit Claude's Cabin at The Reserve.

The Reserve on South Holston River is truly a one of a kind property located right on the world famous tailwaters of the South Holston River with over 1 mile of privately owned river frontage. One half mile of the frontage is perfectly groomed for your easy access and step in river access. There is plenty of room for relaxing on the river bank or wading the waters. This is a unique opportunity to stay right on the river and have world class fly fishing right in your back door.

We offer a walking path for your direct access to the river or you have the ability to drive right down on the river bank with a private entrance for our guest.

This property is a unique opportunity to get away for the weekend or a week long vacation and enjoy nature at is finest.

We offer guided fishing services by private contractors at an additional charge.

Although you can enjoy the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, you are just a short 10 minute drive to the Bristol Motor Speedway. 15 minutes from the historic downtown Bristol which proudly houses the Birthplace of Country Music museum as well as host the Rhythm and Roots Reunion Music Festival held in September every year. The Cherokee National Forest is within 5 miles of the property.

Bristol has a large shopping center known as the Pinnacle which contains Bass Pro Shop, Belk and Dick's Sporting Goods as well as lots of other stores for a day of shopping and dining.

You will find so much in our area that makes us unique and an amazing place to visit, vacation and just relax.

We came for the weekend to go fishing! Great little cabin, plenty of parking and the view was spectacular! Directly above the river which you can drive down and fish at! Highly recommend!!

Awesome Getaway

The place was exactly as listed. It was very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing view. Balcony offered a beautiful view and the sound of the river and birds made it such a serene place to sit and relax. Would absolutely stay here and highly recommend it to anyone for a getaway to fish, hike or just relax.

Spelunking & Glamping

Great view of the river and the surrounding farm lands. Fire ring Friday night was the perfect unwind. Quiet, but not too far from the world. (You could lose the security lamp over the driveway... There is already enough light pollution in the world.). Cabin was comfy. Grill was a nice touch. Wind, rain, sun and everything in between. Sitting on the deck at breakfast was the best.

We have been looking for a simple cabin with great views and this cabin fit our needs to a tee. Studio cabin with two beds kitchen table and living room and kitchen (no dishwasher or oven). Also has a large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Covered deck overlooks south Holston river, a farm and mountains. You have access to the river either by walking path or vehicle. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. Drive right up to the fron door. Did I mention one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed in

Beautiful spot overlooking South Holston River!

My husband, daughter (19), and I enjoyed our stay at Claude's Cabin. It still had new cabin smell (so nice) and was very clean! Betty kindly left snacks for us, and her kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom, as the weather got unexpectedly chilly, and I wasn't quite prepared with my clothing choices. The property was very peaceful, and the view is lovely! We did hear cows mooing often, but I enjoyed that as part of being out in a country/natural setting. I also enjoyed walking along the gorgeous river and watching the birds and fly fishermen. The day we left was a little noisy, as workers were buidling a fourth cabin near ours, but that will be nice in the future for more people to enjoy this beautiful area. Betty was very responsive, and I recommend using one of the two fire pits during your visit. We would definitely stay here again!
