Right on the front, a few meters away from the sea, Villetta Granito boasts a great location, also convenient to reach the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and shops. Fully air-conditioned, the house is comprised of a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a living room divided into two areas: dining area with a table and the other with couch and TV. The sleeping area comprises of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by lush vegetation and has a covered patio with dining table and barbecue, with a magnificent view of the sea. Lower down, another terrace facing the sea gives you the opportunity of enjoying a magnificent sunset during cocktail hour. Villetta Granito is the perfect solution for four people, for an incredible vacation just a stone's throw away from the beach.

Top-Aussicht

Das Haus ist in Costa Paradiso an einer Top-Lage direkt an der Front. Super Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Terrain des Hauses ist auf verschiedenen Ebenen, sowohl innen wie aussen und ist sehr schön. Draussen hat es verschiedene Plätze zum Verweilen mit allem was benötigt wird. Drinnen ist das Haus auch sehr schön. Die Küche bietet das Nötige und alles hat funktioniert. Die einzigen Abzüge gibt es aufgrund fehlender Putzutensilien, wenn man die Wohnung während einem längeren Aufenthalt gerne selber ordentlich hält. Zudem ist die Klobürste vermutlich schon länger in Gebrauch gewesen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung traumhaft und wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ernst und Sonja

Très belle location

Excellent emplacement sur Costa Paradiso. Vue sur mer imprenable. Accès direct à la mer, piscine entre les rochers pour observer les petits poissons. Un peu juste en vaisselle.
