The house, located in the central area, is ideal for exploring cultural treasures such as Castel del Monte, charming towns like Trani and Barletta, the ruins of Canne della Battaglia, and Bronze Age hypogea. Beaches are accessible by car in 10 minutes to an hour and a half.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a private street, it consists of 3 rooms with very high ceilings and beautiful vaults typical of the local architecture and dating back to the 60s!

The only service for which access to a common area will be necessary is the washing machine present in a room adjacent to the apartment to which the owners themselves will also have access.
