I called to make sure our 50 pound dog wouldn’t be a problem as I know some hotels are only pet friendly when it comes to smaller dogs, when I called and when I booked the reservation at no point was I told there was an added fee for our dog

Check-in was a headache. The front desk is not friendly nor understanding. They also gave a different room (smaller) compared to what I had reserved and confirmed. While sleeping the housecleaning staff just entered the room to clean mind you we were 3 hours before checkout. Finding for a clean towel by the pool area was an adventure. It’s not my first time there but it’s the first time I’ve experienced such service and experience

Absolutely no complaints. Hassle free and extremely enjoyable. Since they’re located near the highway, i hope they can offer dining in a near future. Otherwise I loved everything from the staff to the bedding.

The hotel was on the outskirts of the town. So the area was quiet and safe. We were visiting family and would often return late. Often unable to park. There are two hotels on this property and not nearly enough parking. Although I didn’t use they had quite a few electric charging spots as well. Hotel was new and very clean.
