Custom built benches and snow drainage system, covered entryway and tiled mud area come in handy in winter months.

The entry level of home consists of three Bedrooms, the laundry room and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a large full bathroom plus a large walk-in closet.

Mountain adventure abounds in every season around this 3BR/2.5BA home! The community's rec center includes pools, hot tubs, a gym, tennis facilities, and basketball courts.

Other Highlights inside include vaulted ceilings, wet bar and wood wood-burning fireplace.

LIVING AREA

A wood-burning fireplace with stone surround and soaring cathedral ceilings create the inviting ambience of an upscale chalet. Relax on the large wrap around sofa and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. You'll also find a game table for four and two armchairs.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare special vacation meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. The mixologist in your group will feel right at home behind the well-equipped independent bar with seating for two.

When you're ready to eat, gather around the beautiful wood table for eight in the dining area.

BED & BATH

Sleep soundly on a plush California king-size bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms each hold a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath off the living room provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea on the covered front porch, furnished with a wooden bench.

The front deck features Adirondack chairs, a covered table for four, and filtered views of Martis Valley.

Barbecue tasty meals on the electric grill on the back deck and dine alfresco at the table for six.

For an additional $8 fee per guest per visit, enjoy access to the rec center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, and lap pool.

This rental does not have air conditioning (A/C). Access to the front door is via nine exterior steps.

Located 1 mile from Northstar resort, you can drive to the slopes in just 5 minutes. Discover shops and restaurants in the Village or pay a visit to the rec center. Golfers will appreciate being just 3 miles from the Northstar Golf Course.
