As you enter the space, you are immediately greeted by high ceilings and bright living area. The spacious plot of land the home sits on provides great views allowing sunlight to pour in and fill the room, making this area a wonderful place to gather with family and/or friends.

Relax in the living space on the sofa and chairs. Cozy up by the wood stove in the winter months and watch the snowfall.
Adjacent to the living room are the dining table and kitchen.

The dining table seats four but has two extra chairs waiting for you. It's located next to the sliding glass doors that leads you to the large private back deck with a seasonal outdoor dining table. Enjoy the views of the lovely forest (no matter what time of year it is) with a peak of the Tahoe Donner Golf Course through the trees.

The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and an electric stove. The house has three different coffee makers (Keurig, French press, and Mr. Coffee) and plenty of pots, pans and utensils to make sure you are comfortable on your vacation.

This first level is also home to the primary bedroom and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed and the bath has a shower. The rooms are nicely finished with beautiful fixtures and wooden cabinets.

Walking upstairs you will find another sitting area open to the living room below. This space has a large Roku TV and DVD player, wraparound sofa, and a big chair. The room is perfect as a gathering place for the kids and to curl up for a late-night movie.

Two additional bedrooms are on this upper floor, as well as the second bathroom. One bedroom has a queen and the second has a full size bed. Both have closets, and a chest of drawers for vacation clothes management. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

When it's time to explore, head out to the Tahoe Donner ski and snowshoe trails or to downtown Truckee for dining and shopping.
There's something for everyone and every season, from hiking and mountain biking in the summer to skiing and snow shoeing in the winter.

When you've come back from a long day exploring, unload your gear in the entry mud room. Store your boots, skis, hiking boots and all other supplies conveniently.

Please visit the Tahoe Donner website for a full list of public amenities including information on the Downhill Ski Resort, Cross County Ski Center, Snowplay, Tahoe Donner Golf Course, Alder Creek Adventure Center, Bikeworks, mountain biking and hiking trails, and other recreational programs and events. There are also several dining options throughout Tahoe Donner that are open to the public. All amenities except the downhill ski area are not within walking distance and will require a vehicle to drive there.

HOA amenities that guests will have access to for a daily fee include the Trout Creek Recreation Center, Tennis Center, Beach Club Marina, and Rec Hut. Trout Creek has a fitness center, recreation pool, lap pool, steam room, dry sauna, and spas. Your rental will come with 6 guest passes for a discounted rate on private amenities. Each pass is good for one person per day, children 3 and under are excluded. STR Guests may be required to make reservations in advance during peak season or possibly denied access based on availability. Daily prices are subject to change and enforced by the Tahoe Donner HOA.
