We are located in Tahoe Donner HOA. Quiet hours and lights out at 10PM to 7AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors when outdoors after 10PM.
No fires of any kind are allowed. Smoking is prohibited on Tahoe Donner-owned property, including facilities, parking lots and open space.

My family and friends' families took a long weekend up to the Tahoe from the Bay Area looking for some snow play. This was the perfect location for us. The property is warm and welcoming with plenty of room for everyone to sleep well. The kiddos loved the foosball table and of course, the hot tub. Location was excellent, we took advantage of being in the Tahoe Donner HOA and went to Snowplay and the Cross Country Skiing parks. We also found some time to adventure into the wilderness, there is a easy hiking trail a few steps off the property from the backyard. We do this trip every year since the pandemic and this spot has been the best yet. Thanks for everything!

Two families with a 35 year history of renting properties for Thanksgiving. Now in our 2nd generation, this property was ideal. Great for walks. Spacious yet multiple room options so everybody could do what they wanted. Loved the jacuzzi.

Spacious group trip

We had a lovely stay on a chill June weekend at the Cabin - the hot tub was much appreciated! All checkin details were provided ahead of time and Jeannine followed up to make sure we were settled in. As others have mentioned the space is even larger than pictured - with two living areas upstairs. The garage can fit two small to midsize cars and easily another two in the driveway. Note that the second full bathroom is full the master suite - if that is a consideration when choosing rooms. Easily accessible to Safeway, Palisades, Donner Lake, and the drive to Lake Tahoe was shorter than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed and look forward to a return trip!

Great home for large group!

The home was perfect for us for our annual ski trip! Plenty of space for us to fit our large group. Living spaces felt larger than the photos. Hot tub was a huge plus. Tons of kitchen supplies and appliances. Super easy to communicate with the host and she responded very quickly. Would definitely come back!

Better than the pictures!

We were immediately impressed by the comfort and beauty of this home. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The children (9yrs to 15 yrs) enjoyed having their own space. The adults appreciated the quiet of the evenings on the deck. Everyone enjoyed turns in the big hot tub! It was moments from the Alder Creek Campground where the rest of our extended tribe stayed. We hope to return again.

Beautiful home

Our stay was wonderful at this house. Our children and friends enjoyed our stay at this house. I was absolutely happy with how spacious, clean and beautiful it was. We had absolutely no problems with our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and loved that they had so many sleds for our kids to use. We will definitely be back again!

This house was fantastic for a group. We had 4 boys that were in heaven with the bunk room that had its own tv and foosball table. The space is clear, the kitchen well appointed and overall a great experience
