Loved the look of the front lobby very elegant, BUT stairs everywhere made it difficult for an older person with hip/leg issues to enter comfortably. Front desk young man told me to go to the courtyard door to enter and the elevator was right there. When we did that. there was 8 steps down to first or 12 up to 2nd. We then had to carry everything diwn as well as the luggage cart he had said we could take. Please inform staff how to address this issue. Another staff saw us struggling and said we should have been directed to use the restaurant entrance. That would have been very useful at the beginning. Our staff was great. We met with family everyday to your city and did not use the restsurant.

Whilst receptionist did her best, the computer system went down so we couldn’t check in. We had to go find dinner and when we returned check in was easy & quick. The room is dated, the aircon can not be turned on or off via controller so its either fully on or nothing. Everything is brown in decor and looks grubby, would not recommend at all. Staff nice though!
