So, so stay

Our first room had a leaking shower head. Been going on for a while because the floor was wet. By morning, the floor was really wet. Shower in the morning was ice cold. Asked to move rooms, which they accommodated. Second room had a weird smell, like someone had been smoking in there previously. The toilet was running when we walked in and looked like it had not been cleaned. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Also had trash laying on one of the night stands. Asked to have someone walk through and clean while we were out for the day. Ten hours later, still dirty. Elevator smeeled bad. Halls were in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was meh. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a bright spot in our stay.

room was nice, internet was garbage

parking seemed safe enough although I did empty the car the gym was small but had several cardio machines and a set of dumbbells the room was nice with a small couch and desk, although the light over the desk didn't work and the one by the bed flickered like a firefly. breakfast was better than most and there was a hot food item with eggs/cheese and sausage. Not the most tasty but better than cold cereal. The person on staff was a nice friendly guy The only issue for me other than the lights was the poor internet. I was traveling and bringing my work with me but the 0.2Mbps was too slow to do anything. I ended up using my phone as a hot spot which isn't that fast but it beats what the hotel had.

Disappointed!!

I use comfort inn quite often for my business trips. I am so disappointed. This room looked like a crime scene. Blood on the curtains, on the A/C, walls, carpet . Curtains were torn. Mirror was missing. Phone was disconnected so I moved the night table forward to look for the cord and there was so much dust. It looked like toenails were cut and thrown behind the table. I was so disgusted. Never again. I’ll pay the extra for the other hotels for cleanliness.

The shower had Luke warm water at best, there were large bugs in the rooms and the whole area . No one swept the dead ones up the whole time we were there. Had to ask for ironing board and extra towels .

The rooms are comfortable but not very clean this time. We actually cleaned the tub before we were willing to use it. The pool are was one again broken. The spa was cold. Send everyone we stay here, it's broken. Frustrating to pay more for no reason.
