The apartment has a bright and welcoming living area and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster, as well as free Wi-Fi, electric heating, and a hair dryer. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the private sauna or simply unwind in the peaceful alpine surroundings.

The location is excellent for both winter and summer stays. Trysil Høyfjellcenter is around 1 km away, giving you easy access to skiing, lifts, restaurants, and other resort facilities. Fageråsen Disc Golf Park is approximately 2 km away, Trysil Bike Arena is around 11 km away, and Trysil Golf Club is approximately 13 km away. Restaurants including Pilegrimen and Kafé Kasserolle are also nearby.

The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly mountain area and is non-smoking and pet-free. Outdoor parking is available, and the property is easily accessible throughout the year.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. We communicate with guests through this platform and will provide all necessary check-in information before arrival.

Standard check-in is from 5:00 PM.

Bed linen, towels, heating, and internet access are included in your stay. A baby high chair can be added for NOK 200 per booking, and a cot or crib for NOK 300 per booking.
General House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts outside. If smoking occurs indoors, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside. We recommend bringing slippers for extra comfort.

Always use the kitchen fan when cooking.

Heating
The property may have thermostats by the entrance, bathroom, or other rooms. To adjust the temperature, open the thermostat cover and use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the heat.

Fireplace Use
Please use fire starters and a small amount of firewood when lighting the fireplace. Filling the fireplace with too much wood will not make it heat up faster.

Only use firewood in the fireplace. Do not burn cardboard, paper, trash, or any other materials, as this can be dangerous and may cause a chimney fire.

If you need more firewood, it can be purchased at grocery stores and gas stations.

Sauna Use
Always sit on a towel when using the sauna.

If the sauna has an adjustable dial, please follow the instructions provided at the property. In general, avoid turning the sauna heater higher than recommended, as this may prevent it from heating properly. It usually takes about 1 hour for the sauna to warm up.
