The Space:

The unique apartment in turquoise and white colors, with an area of 42 m², can accommodate 4 people. Its space consists of a spacious living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The stylish interior of the apartment, decorated in a seaside style, will allow our guests to fully rest and relax during their trip. The highest quality equipment and fashionable accessories will make your stay here even more enjoyable. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a wicker armchair, a coffee table and a TV. The apartment has air conditioning and WIFI Internet access. A separate bedroom will be the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. There is a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and bedding for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary items for preparing meals. The cozy bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and towels. An elegant balcony with garden furniture will allow you to drink a cup of your favorite coffee outdoors. For active guests, there is also an indoor gym with sanitary facilities, allowing you to stay in shape even while on holiday. For our youngest guests, there is a playroom on the premises.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the seaside town of Rogowo, in the new "Rogowo Pearl" housing estate at Kołobrzeska Street. The facility impresses with its modern appearance and location - it is located on the shore of the lake, at the same time close to the beach on the Baltic Sea. The location of the apartment building among forests and the "Resko Przymorskie" lake gives you the opportunity to relax quietly among nature. Fans of active recreation will find here great places to practice water sports, such as windsurfing, catesurfing or sailing. The facility is ideal for a seaside holiday - the nearest beach is only 350 m from the accommodation, and there are picturesque dunes in the area.



Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, under the constant supervision of a lifeguard. There is also a parking lot on the premises where you can safely leave your car. For the youngest guests, there is a playroom called “Bawimek” open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is also a lockable bicycle shed on the premises.



The outdoor pool at the Rogowo Pearl facility is open from May 29 to August 31. Daily opening hours of the pool are 9am - 8pm.



Due to the ongoing renovation, prolonged noise is possible. Despite this, we hope that your stay with us will be in maximum comfort.



An additional attraction for guests is the Hossoland amusement park, located 31 km from the apartment. The park offers many attractions for both children and adults, including roller coasters, themed zones, shows, and outdoor entertainment. A stay in Rogowo is a great opportunity to combine relaxation by the sea with an exciting day at Hossoland.
