Amazing family hotel. Kids of any age will have plenty to do. Everything well designed and thought out. Staff and food first class. Couldn’t fault our stay everything was perfect. Ski lift just outside!

Top class family hotel

In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

Das Hotel ist fancy und die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Essen und der Service entsprechen aber nicht einem 5* Hotel, v.a. da eher teuer. Jeden Tag entweder schmutziges Besteck oder Tischset, fehlende Gläser oder Kellner vergessen die Bestellung...falls man überhaupt gefragt wird, ob man was will. Den asiatisch aussehenden Herrn muss ich hiervon ausnehmen, er hat sehr gut bedient, war aber nicht immer da. Essen sehr einfallslos und es hat sich in einer Woche mehrfach wiedetholt (Stichwort Kroketten und Pouletschenkel...) Qualität könnte besser sein im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Hotels. Minidisco super, sonst scheint das Betreuungspersonal eher unerfahren mit Kids (ausser die Minnie Mouse Dame). Fazit: Lieber Familotel oder Familux. Ein Leading Hotel of the World haben wir im Falkensteiner nicht vorgefunden.
