Walk to a morning coffee shop, local eatery, or hop a 5-min rideshare to UofA from my private 2BR second-story condo in the popular, bustling Hedrick Acres neighborhood. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen, 12" Green Tea memory foam mattresses, a quaint back patio, a community washer/dryer in the clubhouse, and steps to the jacuzzi and pool. Smart TVs with Netflix, or log in to your personal streaming services...and everything else you’ll need for your sunny snowbird vacation, travel nursing assignment, or shorter visit.

When my family vacations here we enjoy the clean, safe, and relaxing atmosphere, and I'm sure you will too! My goal is to provide the most accurate and comfortable experience possible, but in case we forgot something, send a message or call anytime during your reservation. Me and my co-host Lisa are always here to help.

You will have private access to all of the community amenities, including a relaxing swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ and picnic tables, and clean clubhouse laundry facilities.

We apologize, but access to the mailbox is not possible at this location. The post office is close by.

We take pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our condo with actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangements, which may slightly differ from what's pictured.

While staying in this community please be respectful of our neighbors! No parties and extra guests are not allowed to use the community amenities. Rowdy behavior reflects poorly on us and we will charge $250 or more per violation. Dogs only. No cats. Lastly, please do not use the fireplace (it is not operable)

Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these rules help keep our community a respectful place to live.

‱ No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime in the unit. Being 100% compliant with the HOA guidelines is imperative.

‱ No parties or events please.

‱ Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check-out by 11AM.

‱ Unfortunately, the fireplace does not. Please do not use.

‱ Please respect our friendly neighbors.

‱ Please do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

‱ Unfortunately, we cannot allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

‱ Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.

‱ Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and please do not have any unapproved visitors.

‱ No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

‱ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

‱ FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

Great small condo! Near many fast food places, close to U of A, which is where we were most of the weekend. Quiet neighbors. Easy access to get into gated community and condo. Overall, great place to stay!

The condo was a very nice place to stay. The location and the facilities were great. I did have some little issues with parking a 25 ft van in the parking lot but Lisa helped me work through them.

Not accurate; Not clean; I would not stay here again

I would never stay in this rental again based on its condition, state of cleanliness and terrible communication from the owner.Pros: This rental is in a nice and convenient part of town. We enjoyed the location, and the dedicated parking space was great. HOWEVER, the photos are not very accurate to what you walk into. It's more run down and less clean than the photos would indicate. The baseboards were filthy. The bathroom sink/vanity was weirdly faded in parts. THE SHOWER FLOOR IS THE MOST DISGUSTING I'VE EVER BEEN IN - a million times worse than my college dorm shower. It is in terrible condition with parts seemingly flaking off and there was a shaving razor stuck in the tub drain. To top it all off, the housekeeping staff was instructed to come in more than an hour before checkout time. We had *NOT* left yet, nor did we indicate we'd be leaving early. The housekeeper apologized profusely, but we didn't hear anything from the property owner until after we told her we left. She should've sent an apology right away, but didn't apologize until more than an hour later after I'd already contacted her. I would never stay in this rental again based on its condition, state of cleanliness and terrible communication from the owner.

We had a blast. The property was close to my son and his family. Grocery store across the street. Starbucks on the corner. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t need a thing. Plenty of room for all of us. Thank you so much for hosting.

Pros:- central location made it easy to get to everything in town - nice hot tub- super comfy beds- pretty well appointed kitchen- property manager was exceptional- quiet complex- nice views of the mountainsCons:- small (600-700 sq ft)- couch needs replacing (springs completely worn under left cushion)- dated- pool is not heated, so even when it was 85 outside, the pool was really cold- furnace is really loudUpdates to previous reviews:- screen door still off track- downstairs neighbor cleaned up yard

The bedrooms were very nice with plenty of space-big closets. The living room was small with small couch, but it was clean and functional. Patio door needs repair and neighbors below had trash in their yard which was not pleasant to look at, but the views of the foothills and mountain range was beautiful! Owner very responsive! Need to put building number in listing. Parking spot was not straight ahead from the condo but it was close. Fry’s grocery near by and many restaurants. Guadalajara grill was the best Mexican food I have ever eaten.

Nice condo near UA campus

We rented for a quick weekend to visit our son. Great location. Nice and comfortable place for 2 or 3 people. Only slight negative was that the water pressure for the shower was low but it was manageable. We would stay here again.

Awesome mini vacation

It was just right for getting together with my family for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable. We had access to the pool and hot tub and it was dog friendly so my son brought his puppie. It was perfect for our purpose! I would def. Stay here again.
