New sun block curtains for all 5 sliding glass doors installed offer easy outdoor access. New Propane BBQ on 5/18/24. Beautiful luxury home with pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard. This is a very spacious pool area with 3 Chaise loungers and many chairs and tables. Great city and mountain views from all areas. Koi pond with waterfall that attracts wildlife including many birds. Two Hummingbird feeders. Various viewing decks. Large Santé Fe fireplace. This home offers all this yet close to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, arts districts and shopping. The home is just a few minutes drive from the main parking lot for Tucson's New Modern Street Car! Towering Giant Saguaro cactus on property! 1.4 acres. Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains in the Western Foothills. Incredible views of Santa Catalina and Rincon mountain chains. Very secluded and quiet pool yard with 1 gas and 1 charcoal BBQ's. Beat the heat!

Great place for family!!

Wonderful Property, Just as Described

4 adults and one dog for 2 weeks (April/May). Had a great time. Lots of room inside and out. No need to bring any towels as the host, Tony, had each bathroom well stocked. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are large, each with an ensuite. Bathrooms are well stocked with soaps and shampoos et al. Backyard area by the pool is spacious. It faces north but the pool area gets sun all day. There is also a large shaded area by the pool as the sun is quite strong and it did get hot which made the pool very refreshing. There are two dining tables outside, one in the shade, the other in the sun. There are loungers, chairs and cushions everywhere. For those that BBQ, there is a propane and a charcoal BBQ. Tony provided charcoal briquettes and there was an extra propane tank. The front yard faces the koi pond. It was relaxing to sit by the pond in the evening. Great property for bird watching. Tony was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd recommend this property and host 100%.

Remote yet Close to town

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days. The place was perfect for our group. We spent some beautiful nights around the chimnea on the back private patio, nightly use of the hot tub was great. It was too cold to use the pool, but a few of the boys took a VERY quick dip...lol. The host Tony was very responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. Private but close to everything

Loved the location and views. It felt like we were staying outside of town with Mountain Views but it was actually in a neighborhood. Easy access, check in, clean pool and hot tub, great space both inside and outside.
