Experience a peace retreat at this lovely and cozy 3 Bed, 2 Bath townhome.

This spacious 1.3k sq. ft. retreat is bright and open with soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast nook. A delightful side patio off the living room with brick pavers creates the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee. Close to restaurants, shopping malls and hiking trails.

The Space:
★ Master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, Queen sized bed, 55" smart tv and walk-in closet.
★ Second bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, two nightstands with USB/Outlet connections and walk-in closet.
★ Third bedroom is an office that includes a desk, a full sofa-sleeper and closet.
★ Each room has a luggage rack and extra blankets.

The property also includes:
★ Two small car garage. Clearance 7 feet height.
★ High Speed Wi-Fi
★ Private patio and grill.
★ Community pool & hot tub

Functional , logical layout, i liked the laundry machines and garage. The hvac is powerful, can be a bit loud, i ended up turning it off at night to sleep.

The home was adorable, it was well decorated the neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. The kitchen was functional and they supplied coffee which was great. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms had plenty of outlets for cell phones and other devices we loved the living room lots of seating for our family.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our week in Tucson at this property. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was heated during our late March / early April stay. Central location for our activities and a comfortable space!

Comfortably Convenient

Relaxing space with room for family, private interior with lots of light. Two things to note, no street parking allowed and no driveway space for car, however our large suv did fit in the garage. “No shoes allowed on carpet” is a posted guest rule inside the door. We enjoyed the tv area with large screen for movie night and the family dining table. Good stay!

Excellent location. Close to shops and eateries

Cute townhome in a quiet residential complex. We stayed here for 4 weeks and were very comfortable. The 2 car garage was a welcome feature during the hot summer and monsoons. Private patio with a BBQ. Basket style coffeemaker with filters furnished. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.
