This home is an excellent location and super comfortable space, and all within easy distance to Tucson's culture arts, dining and outdoor activities! Lots of space in this home. Plus its EASY ON the price! A Lovely home to enjoy after days, or evenings out on the town. Perfect location. This home has lots of architecture charm of homes built in the 50's with all modern remodeling. Great backyard for hanging out and Barbaques, A fire pit area too! Plenty of room for guest to enjoy gatherings, or simply find a space of your own in the home. Doggies are welcome guest too! Separate living room one with a door that can be closed off for sleeping quarters, or is also game room, or for watching T.V..


Also has wifi. . All beds and linens are nice and comfortable. Home is for VRBO purpose ONLY and is fully stocked for a hassle free, and fun vacation! Kitchen is set up for to serve up beautiful meals, or entertain with great food, or maybe just a quick bite before you go out, and ENJOY all our city has to offer. Nice yard with trees, patio furniture and Bar- ba- que grille, and a fire pit is provided if you like cozy outdoor fires. Awesome location for all our city activities . Close to the freeway, restaurants, malls, movie theaters, downtown night life, parks and walking, and bike paths less than a mile away. Desert Museum is 20 minutes away, the City Zoo is 15 minutes. U OF A is only 10 minutes away. Yet very quiet neighborhood. New AC/heater unit. Fully stocked home. New gas stove and refrigerator. Plenty of towels, sheets, and bedding. . Coffee provided for entire stay. Home is kept and professionally cleaned. Come enjoy Tucson at our VRBO. The location was not what we were hoping for. We were looking for a bit more of a mountain setting however there was a beautiful veiw and tge neighborhood was very quiet. The location was tucked away from the main road on a peaceful little road with no traffic . The host was absolutely wonderful. Her communication and quickness to respond was very refreshing. I would definitely stay again

Needs Updates

The property needs upgrades. When we turned on the central air/heat, the dirt, dust and allergens that came out was awful! You could feel and taste the dirt in the air. Everything I took in to the house took on the musty smell, dirt and allergens. Did not make for a good trip in my car to the East coast.The towels and sheets were worn and stained. The lighting was very dim with some bulbs not working. Lots of Dogs barking at all hours of the day. The drain to the shower in the back did not have a proper safety cover and the hole was hidden under a shower mat. Just was not a comfortable place to stay.

Enjoyable

Property was exactly as shown and described in listing. House was on a quiet street, lots of room, comfortable. Everything we needed was located in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels and linens. Backyard was securely fenced so our pets could run and play off-leach. Was a relaxing stay for my family. Only negative was neighbors German Shepherds (2). They barked/growled, jumped high enough to see over the block wall when we had our pets outside. However, that is not anything the owner of the VRBO rental could control. They never tried to climb the wall into our backyard. So, for my family, it was a relaxing holiday stay and I would recommend to property to any family visiting the Tucson area.

The house and back yard were in great shape. My dog did run into the sharp bushes in the front yard. I did worry about her, other than that it was great weekend. Thank you for the use of your home.

Pros - The owner is very nice. The patio and fenced in yard were great for sitting out and the dog enjoyed laying in the sun. It worked out to have three bedrooms and two baths. We enjoyed having 2 good tv's since the weather wasn't always that good. It was a central location to shopping, restaurants, and hiking. Cons- It needs a deep cleaning. Dishes were cracked and chipped. I had to clean the coffee machine before I used it.. Rugs and comforters looked like they needed to be washed.
