This is a hotel. It was dirty, had no shower, no wall or door in the bathroom. the area beside it was ripped out with pipes and wires laying on the floor. The bed covers were dirty and ratty looking. There was only one light, in the room and it was in the bathroom area; the front door did not latch or lock properly. I did not think it was safe there.
We had to switch rooms twice because there weren’t two beds that we need. We are seniors, traveling for business. No appliances and broken windows, unfurnished rooms.
I didn’t get a receipt, and I asked to cancel , he brushed me off and then wouldn’t work with me. Said Expedia would deal with it, though I didn’t pay through Expedia. Expedia tried to help, but said the hotel wasn’t helpful either.
I expected to lose the first night, but with 24 hours notice, I should at least receive the remainder. The total was $652 for 5 nights. we had to book another hotel for a much higher amount
I travel abit and never have I seen anything like this.
