The Space:

Villa #1 is a spacious retreat set within a private estate, surrounded by lush grass and mature trees. This large home offers a comfortable atmosphere with modern amenities, and comes equipped with a range of amenities to make your experience enjoyable. You will find a full-size kitchen with modern appliances, a fenced backyard that is dog-friendly, and access to great features like a pool, pickleball court, and more. It's designed to feel like your home away from home.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, providing cozy spaces for everyone. With ample room for up to 9 guests, you and your friends or family can enjoy quality time together here. Each bedroom is designed to make you feel comfortable after a day of activities.

- Heated Outdoor Pool: Whether you're looking for some great family time, soaking up the beautiful sunny weather in Tucson or needing to cool off enjoy swimming in or large heated resort style pool.

- Parking: Villa has designated parking spaces. Large parking available for RV's and trailers available, please coordinate with the host.

- Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property.

- EV charger: Available onsite. Universal charging port with Tesla adaptor available.

- Laundry: Access to our free shared laundry facilities with complimentary detergent, etc.



PETS: We are a dog friendly mini resort. A pet fee for each dog, per stay is required with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets are allowed. Only non-aggressive dog breeds under 55 pounds are allowed. Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, are strictly prohibited.



NOTE: Solana Spanish Villas is a guest ranch, and all Villas and Casitas share the communal amenities and outdoor spaces including the pool. Each Villa and Casita is fully private for individual guest use. The host/homeowner lives on-site in a separate residence, ensuring privacy while being available if needed.

The Neighborhood:

The Tanque Verde Valley is a hidden gem on the East side of Tucson. The Tanque Verde ("Green Tank") Valley is a unique area of Tucson due to several large washes in the area that bring water down from the mountain, providing for many Mesquite Tree bosques and a truly green oasis in the desert.
