This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. While management eventually tried to help, two front desk women, Chris and Mariska, escalated a simple situation into a drawn-out confrontation. Their behavior was combative and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unsafe. In addition, large groups of people were gathering outside the building at night openly using drugs. This created an unsafe and unsettling environment, and it is not a place I would ever stay again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

There was almost no parking available. There were undesirables getting high. The clerks were publically complaining about guests infront of other guests. Blanket was flimsy.
