This was one of the most miserable stays we've had anywhere. Most "pet friendly" places accomodate non pet people by grouping pet people and non pet people separately. THIS PLACE DOES NOT. I requested a pet free room and was not notified of any issues. We settled into the room and then a family with a dog was put into the adjoined room. This dog whined and barked off and on for hours. We notified the front desk twice and they did notify the other guests. Eventually Dog 1 quieted. We were then awakened the next morning by Dog 2 (different room) barking. The room was superficially clean but it definitely needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The allergens in the room caused me to have to take benadryl twice. We found the previous guest's used washcloth in the shower. On the bright side, Alexis at the front desk in the morning was very sweet and helpful.

It was horrible. I complained to the staff and they did nothing to help me. There was bed bugs, and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. People kept trying to get in my room. I finally had to leave. I was onky there for like 2 hrs if that. I shuld get that money-back to be able to jse at a different property

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.The price was amazing for a clean room that was located pretty close to good shopping and restaurants. Stayed 4 nights and saved quite a bit here! The desk staff was very friendly. The rooms have minimal amenities, no coffee pot, fridge, microwave, but its pretty easy to work around these things. If you plan on just using it as a place to rest after a ling day of exploring this is a great choice.
