This townhouse was very comfortable. All kitchen supplies you may need. Nice neighborhood and quiet complex. We enjoyed that we could ride our bikes a few blocks to the bike path loop.

I had a great stay in Tucson. The weather was warm and almost always sunny. Outdoor recreation included hiking in Saguaro National Park and many other areas and several rounds of 'winter' golf. Basically, a perfect time for dessert exploration.The property itself is set well back from the street with parking always available only a few steps from the front door. It is in a reasonably quiet residential neighborhood, but multiple shopping, restaurants, and other commercial facilities are nearby, some withing walking distance.The building itself is obviously not new, but recent renovations have provided a clean and comfortable environment with fresh paint, new hardwood flooring, and new TVs, kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets. The walk-in shower and finding a recliner seat in the sofa were high points for me. The upstairs bedroom is a little unusual, but it includes a large closet and a comfortable queen size bed. Overall: maybe not luxurious, but very practical and sufficient.One possible negative is the lack of sound proofing between units. This was not a problem during my stay, but rowdy or partying neighbors could be unsettling.

My son was in an accident during my stay and communication with the owner was very attentive and much appreciated. Home is newly remodeled and private. Thank you for everything Rick
