Employee who check me in was not very personable or attentive. He was just goi g through the motions. The hotel needs a good cleaning. Mold or bugs in the shower light. Bathroom door paint all chipped. Would nor recommend this hotel.

The house keeping staff need to be fired! While the bedding seemed clean, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the toilet base had hair and urine, the sink had hair from someone shaving and it was still left in the sink, the counter had hair shavings on it, the sink had boogers in it stuck to the sink as well as being plugged in general and the hot water for my shower was warm at best. The hot tub did not have the jets working and I personally have a hot tub and know that one was way too hot to be safe.

The first thing is they need more handicapped parking spaces. Second they need to make sure all equipment works in the rooms. Ours the plugs were pushed back into the wall and when I finally got them fished out they didn’t even work.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly. Comfortable beds and bedding and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, lack of interior maintenance and cleaning of property has left a less than desirable esthetic and appearance. The exterior is the only thing that resembles any other Holiday Inn Express I’ve seen.

Thin walls...could hear the blow dryer in the room next to me. No soundproof windows...could hear the interstate. Booked over a week out and asked for ground floor on reservation preference so should be a no-brainer. They put me on the top floor...makes me think they dont pay attention to requests. Good quality breakfast.

The indoor swimming pool was full of bugs and was green. There was a dead roach in my cereal this morning. Rooms didn’t have a hair dryer, tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work, so had to go tell them their phones didn’t work and a Hair dryer was needed in the room. The room had a weird smell to it. The beds were super comfortable though, that’s the best part about the stay.
