Such a wonderful place to experience Tubingen! Lots of space, fabulous shower/bathroom, bed was comfortable, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. 10/10 absolutely recommended!!

Schöne Wohnung

Super schöne Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt von TĂŒbingen. Nach wenigen Metern ist man direkt in der FußgĂ€ngerzone. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet und fĂŒr den ersten Abend standen auch schon GetrĂ€nke kĂŒhl. 😀 Bestens geeigenet auch mit kleinen Kindern. Der PKW stellplatz reicht gut fĂŒr einen Passat und ist in den engen Straßen auch zwingend notwendig. Gerne wieder!

Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The suite is bright, clean and hosts are quiet and courteous living above. We were pleased to find complimentary beverages in the fridge as well as a bookshelf of sight-seeing brochures. Just gorgeous - we highly recommend to anyone.

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Altstadtlage

Schönes, gerĂ€umiges Apartment in zentraler Lage in TĂŒbingens Altstadt. Der schmale Parkplatz neben dem Haus ist optimal. Das Auto haben wir wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gebraucht, alles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, einzig ein Backofen fehlt. Das Bad ist großzĂŒgig, mit ebenerdiger Dusche, WC, modernem Waschtisch und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und eine sehr schöne Zeit in TĂŒbingen verbracht. Vielen Dank an Fam. Franke, gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung in TĂŒbingen

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Es handelt sich um ein Altbau, dass heißt, man bekommt auch was von den Mitbewohnern im Haus mit. Uns hat dass nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Die Dusche ist sehr rutschig, mein Mann ist darin am letzten Tag ausgerutscht. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt. Gerade die zentrale Lage und der Parkplatz am Haus sind ein großes Plus. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Immaculate and cozy

Immaculate and cozy, this is place is perfect. The street was quiet, and yet you are such a short walk from the lovely town center. The Franke family was easy to communicate with, and the check-in was seamless. When we visit TĂŒbingen again, this is the place we’ll stay (and it’s the first place I’d recommend to friends).

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, toller Kurzurlaub.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Familie Franke sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Perfekt war die sehr zentrale Lage, so dass wir wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthaltes das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Von Vorteil war hier auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Badezimmer gerĂ€umig/schön und auf dem Sofa konnte man den Abend perfekt ausklingen lassen. Der Kontakt mit Frau Franke verlief ebenfalls sehr nett, die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte persönlich, alternativ wĂ€re aber auch die Entnahme per Code aus dem SchlĂŒsselkasten möglich gewesen, so dass Alles sehr unkompliziert ist. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt in TĂŒbingen hĂ€tte kaum besser sein können.

Die Wohnung bei Familie Franke in einem charmanten Altbau war fĂŒr uns ideal - gerĂ€umig und sehr gut ausgestattet, und im Herzen der Altstadt, bloss fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuss vom Marktplatz entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig und die AtmosphĂ€re entspannt und erholsam. Sehr zu empfehlen!
