The Space:
This breathtaking Tulare gem is located a short drive to food and shopping, and 45 mins to Sequoia National Park. It is ready to host a group of 6 guests! Located just minutes from the World Ag Expo, Mission Oak High School, and COS Tulare Campus, this is the perfect location for travelers attending events at these locations. Walk to the convenience store & Tulare's best antique store.
One of a kind space with a large kitchen perfect for cooking, a fun bar area for late nights after visiting the national park and hanging out with friends, a spa-like master retreat, and a very large backyard. This home has a full GYM in the garage (no kids allowed in the gym). Close to popular walking/jogging trails and within walking distance to the convenience store, this home is the definition of "conveniently located" in a close-knit neighborhood with law enforcement, families, and older couples as neighbors. The extra large family room TV is great for movie nights and sports! Dog-friendly, thoughtfully curated with vintage pieces, and conveniently located, this space is truly one-of-a-kind in Tulare.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the backyard, the gym (adults only), driveway parking, Wi-Fi, and Dish Network. Please note that garage parking is unavailable as the garage is used for the gym.
The Neighborhood:
Experience the best of Tulare from our conveniently located home. Our neighborhood is a haven of tranquility, yet close to everything you need. A short walk brings you to Family Dollar and a remarkable antique store. For dining and more options, a slightly longer walk or a quick drive will take you to a variety of restaurants. This neighborhood is home to a mix of residents, including families, couples, and professionals. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, where you can often spot neighbors jogging, walking their dogs, or enjoying the scenic canal bank.
Getting Around:
For transportation, we recommend using your own vehicle. Free street parking is available. Public transportation options are limited in Tulare. For travel to major hubs, the closest airport is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), approximately 60 miles away, which is about a 1-hour drive depending on traffic. Consider this when planning your trip.
Other Things to Note:
- Extra guest fee (After 4 guests, $20 per person, per night)
- Pet fee ($100 per pet, nonrefundable)
- There are NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO DRUGS allowed.
- Guests may enjoy the full private gym at their own risk, but children are not allowed in the gym.
- Lawn Maintenance is 2x a week.
