I booked this hotel because it says in the description there is hot tub but there is no hot tub. The hotel itself were still under construction in some areas. Also the property has three-floor buildings and no elevators. I feel l was cheated.

Our stay was great. Our concierge Antonio took great care of us. One of the staff members saw us walking and offered us a ride to our destinations on her way home. Hotel opened a month ago and is still under construction so the bar wasnt yet fully stocked. However the food and service was AMAZING

Bien, sin embargo todavía no terminan el hotel (eso no nos lo informaron) así que tuvimos un tema con el agua caliente nos cambiaron un día antes de irnos, ya para qué, por lo demás creo que es muy buena opción. Si van a utilizar la cocinera creo le falta equipo.

En general todo bien es un hotel nuevo y están terminando de detallar algunas áreas, tuvimos un poco de problemas con el agua de la regadera ya por momentos le faltaba presión y el agua caliente no salió. La atención de todo el personal fue de primera.
