The hotel location was really perfect, in lahbib bourguiba street ,it reminds me some how about the french streets.near to so many historical monuments in the city . Staff are professional and helpful. Room is clean and teddy. Room service its ok (needs to be improved).

Arrived frazzled from Carthage after my flight out was cancelled having booked the room from the taxi on the way from the airport. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a first class hotel with first class customer service. A ten out of ten.
