Nana's Cabin- Secluded, Beautiful, on a Stocked Pond!

* We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

2 Queen beds. Sleeps 4. only 4 guests allowed.

This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sits on acres of flat land with a large beautiful pond and dock. This home is located on our personal property which is all completely fenced in and includes a locked and coded gate to enter. We live on top of the hill in our main home. We are excited and pleased to open this home to you and your family!

Located 30 Mins South of Chattanooga

The pond is stocked with fish so bring the fishing poles! Nice open floor plan kitchen and sitting area overlooking the pond. Includes Wi-Fi.

The stars are so beautiful here at night. They are so bright! Nice large front porch. Sit here, drink a cup of coffee or tea and watch the wildlife go to the pond.

Plenty of level yard to play games on! Please bring folding chairs for your enjoyment by the pond! We cannot wait to have you as our guests!

**There are 2 well trained dogs that live at our home. Sometimes they come down to the pond to swim. All they want is love! Just want to let you know in advance.

**** If you notice in the last picture the owners personal storage garage is near the home however, we will not bother our guests or interrupt you!

Great quiet home away from all. Silence .

This property was perfect to get away from city. Not a sound at night but the cicatas. Stars were so nice. Fishing was good. Kept the kids happy. Harrys gas station and dolkar general. About 10 minutes away for all your needs. Loved the house. Cozy, relaxing.. enjoyed it.

Lake Kathy

Our stay was changed to stay at Lake Kathy instead of Nana's cabin. The change was ok and the new cabin was nice and clean. It was right on the lake. You do have to be careful where you walk on the property because of the goose poop. The views were beautiful

A Relaxing Getaway in the Countryside

Nana’s is such a relaxing place to say. The property is gorgeous and the pond is so serene. The furnishings are comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Nice family time together

Nice stay. Property was rural and had lovely sunsets. 15 minutes from Ringgold. Owner was on site and available, but allowed us our privacy. House was clean and had most of what we needed. Great space for entertaining the family. We will stay again. Thanks for sharing Nana’s cabin!

Nice, secluded location

My wife and I needed a quiet place to work from home during a trip to visit family. The WIFI in the home was sufficient for both of us to be online on video calls simultaneously and the setting was peaceful.

Better than home!

I can't say enough good things about this place! It was immaculate and well supplied. The grounds were quiet, peaceful and easy to stroll around the pond. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and it didn't take long to get anywhere. We'll definitely be back!

Secluded perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The gated entrance made us feel secure while staying in an unknown secluded area. Close enough for day trips to go exploring, shopping, and fine dining in Chattanooga. Cabin was spacious and clean, stocked with so many items and extras. Comfortable furniutre, peacefull, quiet and relaxing escape.

Best place to stay!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN I mean this place was immaculate! This cottage is so quiet, peaceful, and perfect. the beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and the kitchen had everything you need. They even had firewood cut up for the fire pit unfortunately we didn’t get an opportunity to use it, I guess we’ll just have to go back. 😀 it was a perfect distance from the towns/cities but far enough out that we could experience the country. I traveled with my daughter so safety is always the number 1 priority. I felt 100% safe the entire time, they have a gate which seals the property. We slept like babies not worried one bit about safety. I absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. I really hope that one day I get a chance to go back. I’ve stayed in many Vrbo but hands down this was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. They even put little chocolates on our pillows when we arrived. If staying in the area don’t even think to look anywhere else STAY HERE!! Thank you to the owners of this wonderful cottage, we could definitely feel the love that is in Nana’s cottage. It was like being “home” ❀

Peace and Quiet!

The property is in a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. There were geese , rabbits snd birds to watch. The house was wonderful. Comfy snd, roomy and very homey! We really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying again!!!

Quiet Solitude

Easily accessed property located in beautiful, quiet setting. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch while watching a pair of Canada geese and a blue heron on the nearby pond. Cottage equipped with everything we needed.

Comfortable in the Country

We stayed for a long weekend. We enjoyed walking on the property and around the pond. We were close enough to Chattanooga for a trip into the city, while staying in the country. We also enjoyed some history in the town, seeing the original railroad tunnel where the Great Locomotive chase took place during the Civil War. The cabin is very spacious, the beds comfortable. Thanks for a great stay at an affordable rate.

Peaceful

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. This time, I had to change my dates twice and the hosts were kind and helpful in allowing me to do so. I can see several updates have taken place to the home since my stay a few years ago. If you are looking for peace and solitude with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, this is it!
