There was not any hot water in our room and a hole in my bed sheets. Other than that, the décor was nice and the indoor pool was a plus.

Thin walls, noisy at night.

Breakfast was very good and the overall decor and cleanliness was good, but the walls were very thin. We heard everyone moving and talking above and next to our room. Did not sleep well.

Overall our stay was good. I was disappointed in the fact that when we booked our rooms online there was a hide a bed in the rooms and that was one of the main reasons we booked these particular rooms. After arriving, we get into our rooms, and only 1 of the 2 rooms had a hide a bed in it. The other room had 2 little wannabe chairs in it, with absolutely no way of sleeping in them. I just feel that it is misleading that the room talks about a hide a bed and the pictures clearly show the hide a bed and no pictures of these little wannabe chairs that were in the other room. One room was 214 and the other was 210, so it wasn't like they were on separate floors, the rooms were only separated by 1 other room. The only other issue that we experienced, was extremely long wait times at the 1 and only elevator to serve all 4 floors of the hotel. The elevator is slow and takes a long time to open on each floor. It's not a problem during the slow times of the night, but come morning time at or near check out, multiple people are trying to leave and checkout, thus creating long wait times just to get on the elevator up to your room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was good as well. I dont want to take away from the overall good qualities of this hotel. Just was slightly disappointed in a couple of things that could've made the experience better.

We were greated by two phenominal ladies who made us feel welcome from the first minute. The breakfast is typical what you get but we always welcome something warm to eat before we head out. The overall experience was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The property is close to good shopping and dining outlets. All the main roads are easy accessable making it a great location.

Room was clean. However, there was a blinking light near the ceiling that was annoying while trying to sleep, along with the people above us, sounding like a herd of elephants until midnight. Breakfast would have been good, if they had butter for the toast and orange juice to drink. Staff did not seem to care and when checking out, no one bothered to ask how our stay was. Disappointed.
