Great position in centre, with underground parking. Spacious room and hotel in general. Above all the honesty of the staff. We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there. So special thanks to the garage staff and Claudio at reception in particular. Not everyone would have been so honest. Many thanks and we’ll be back!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, les lits sont tops et les chambres très propres! Merci à l’équipe de nettoyage! Mais si vous prenez une chambre au 5e (chambre superior), c’est très bruyant! Il y a une ventilation sur le tout qui ne s’arrête jamais et c’est vraiment très ennuyeux.

The perfect hotel. Location is walking distance from Porta Neuvo train station. In the heart of the shopping . Walking distance to most historic sites. Room is spaciously comfortable. Breakfast is 5 star. The front desk and housekeeping staff are very hospitanle and professional.

The location of the hotel is excellent for those who wish to sightsee. It is also only a few steps away from the Porta Nuova train station. The fast trains are amazing. Milan is about an hour away and so an easy day trip. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with bacon, eggs, many breads, cheeses and fruits, cereals and fantastic cake. The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was scrupulously clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a safe and a fridge, slippers and a robe. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and bidet. Water pressure was a slight issue. There is AC but the window opened so I didn’t need it. All in all, I’d recommend the hotel for those wanting to be in a brilliant location. Turin is a beautiful and vibrant city for a visit.
