The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator, in a well-connected area that offers easy access to the city center by public transportation. It features a living area with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, dining table, and TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a desk, perfect for work or study.
