Log building 1994 (expanded 2022), living room - kitchen, a double bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), washroom with shower and toilet, sauna (wood-burning stove).
Water comes to the cottage from the lake with a pump. Drinking water comes from a new private well, built in 2025. Water laboratory tested 12/2025. The cottage also has a boiler.

The cottage is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, not for 3-4 adults.

The cottage has an air heat pump for heating and cooling.

During the summer (1.5. - 30.10.) the cottage has a wood-burning hot tub available for rent. The customer takes care of using the hot tub independently, i.e. fills, heats and cleans it carefully according to the owner's instructions. The cottage has a water pump, which is used to fill the hot tub, as well as equipment for cleaning it. Please note that the hot tub must be booked according to the duration of the accommodation reservation.
