We are located one block away from Belisario Dominguez Blvd. The studio is cosy and is the perfect option if you are looking for an excellent place in a quiet and residential neighbourhood. The ideal place if you have an adventurous soul willing to explore the food, music and style of the Magic Mexico of Tuxtla!



Important payment and access information:

We do not use Booking’s payment processor, therefore the reservation payment must be made via bank transfer. A security deposit is also required and will be proportional to the total reservation amount. The booking is considered confirmed only once both the reservation payment and the deposit have been completed.



To grant access to the property, guests must complete an arrival form (ID and Selfie) and sign a short-term rental agreement. Failure to complete these requirements will result in NO access being granted to the property.



The Space:

The studio is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuxtla Gutierrez, you will be fascinated and comfortable with the characteristics and accessibility of the neighborhood. We are close to La Fuente, one of the points of interest in the city center.

We have the perfect location if you plan to visit the Sumidero Canyon and the attractions of the city and Chiapas.

In order to provide you with a comfortable, safe, and pleasant experience, we would like to inform you that our housekeeping team will carry out daily maintenance of the accommodation throughout your stay, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., always aiming to cause the least possible disruption. The cleaning service takes approximately 30 minutes. Kindly note that this daily housekeeping service is mandatory, in accordance with our internal protocols and for hygiene reasons.

This service reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and the well-being of our esteemed guests.



Please note that we have several studios within the same property. The specific unit assigned will depend on availability at the time of your stay.

As a result, the studio you receive may differ slightly from the photos shown (such as room color, kitchen, or bathroom layout). However, all studios offer the same layout, amenities, and features, ensuring the same level of comfort and quality.



To ensure a comfortable arrival, we provide a courtesy starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper and soap. These items are intended for initial use only. Once they run out, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies needed, as we do not offer hotel-style services or daily restocking.



Guest Access:

The space is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Parking availability is subject to request, should you require it.



High-speed internet is available and works perfectly, making the space ideal for remote work or home office needs.



We provide fresh bed linens, blankets, and towels for your convenience.

Tuxtla’s boulevard and downtown area have become highly walkable and convenient. You will find everything you may need nearby, including cultural spots, museums, parks, bars, restaurants, convenience stores (OXXO), shopping centers, supermarkets, and banks all within walking distance.



It is truly a pleasant and enjoyable area to explore.

Our neighborhood offers excellent connectivity and a wide range of public transportation options, including taxis and buses, making it easy to explore Tuxtla Gutiérrez and other destinations in Chiapas. The city center serves as a key transportation hub, allowing you to move around comfortably and efficiently.



One of the highlights of downtown Tuxtla Gutiérrez is its pedestrian-friendly design. The area is safe and ideal for walking, with cultural attractions, parks, restaurants, and museums just steps away. Strolling through the neighborhood allows you to experience the local atmosphere, colonial architecture, and authentic essence of Chiapas.



Taxis are readily available throughout the area for convenient and direct transportation, while buses offer an economical option to travel both within the city and to surrounding regions. Our team will be happy to assist you with route suggestions and recommendations to make the most of your visit.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in a tropical area, and as such, it is occasionally possible to encounter small visitors such as insects—an inherent part of the experience of being close to nature. We take great care to keep the accommodation clean and well maintained; however, we kindly ask you to consider this if you are not accustomed to a tropical climate.
