Unfriendly at desk, chlorine smell at check in awful, refrigerator leaking water someone had put a hand towel inside it to soak up water & toilet chain came off so we had to repair but the toilet was so low to ground you felt like you were falling, would never stay here again & the price was ridiculous for the quality, our experience was so bad we didn’t even consider checking out the breakfast🙁Best Westerns used to be better. Our next night tho at BW in North Platte, Nebraska was wonderful!!

For the price I was expecting a lot more as it seemed old & dingy, the refrigerator was leaking water & someone had put a towel on the shelf in refrigerator to soak up water, the freezer door was off & laying in the refrigerator. Staff was not impressive.

Our go-to family hotel!

This hotel is always our go-to when we stay in Twin Falls. Its very kid friendly and the pool is awesome! Its older but the breakfast is good and the rooms a comfortable.

Dog friendly, but a bit bare. By that I mean no carpet whatsoever. Hard on pooch after a long day in the car. Sweet ladies serve an above average breakfast. Clean. Pool looks inviting, but we were too beat to use.

They have the best breakfast that I’ve had while traveling. My only concern is I’m handicapped and traveled with my 13 pound dog. There was no ADA room for me on the first floor.

Breakfast here is five star. Everything fresh and so many options. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. This is our go to stop when coming through Twin Falls.

Best beds in a hotel.

I've been to so many hotels lately and none have compared. The bed was so comfy. The sheets were so soft and incredible. The pillows were the best in the business. I want these beds for my house. breakfast was also very good and they have a 24 hr hot tub. You guys are amazing.

Hot tub had vomit from a child whose parent allowed them to be in it?! Personally I don’t feel this is safe for a child under 3-4?! When I was checking out the next morning I relayed to the front desk gal about the vomit in the hot tub, she replied “Well you know all the chemicals we use takes care of that…it gross I get it”?! We have a person that comes once a week to clean it and I said Thank Goodness! When is that, she said today…Go Figure. Also we were on the ground floor, it was very loud though the night and into the early morning…this woke me up very very early on a Sunday morning. Probably won’t stay there again.
