The room had numerous dead mosquitos smashed on walls, ceilings and mirrors in addition to the dozen or so that were still flying around. Front desk seemed to think it was completely normal and not a problem. No apologies or compensation offered.

Bed is listing to one side. Mold on shower walls. Pet stains on floor. Many bugs in bathroom. Mosquitos everywhere in room. Temperature dial in refrigerator broken. Not able to adjust temp. Also charging $8.00 for non smoking room is uncalled for, especially when I have a print showing the price being the same for either smoking or non smoking rooms on web page. That has now turned my company off from renting any more rooms from your business. Did not feel the person in charge handled the situation as well as she should have either. Will not be back. Worst experience I have had in many years.

Could have been better

Room was basic, but comfortable. Bed was pretty firm but not too bad. The problem started on day 2 when we came back to find the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it all day while we were gone. It seemed someone in a nearby room was smoking and it was coming in in through the bathroom vent. The smell got worse and worse throughout the evening. About an hour later we went to take a shower, and there was no hot water. We let it run for 20 minutes and it never got warm. They did offer to move us to a different room, but it was already after midnight so...

It’s a former corporate motel that they are trying to wring the last bit of value out of. Lots of rough looking highway workers staying there. The staff was very warm and welcoming.
