Staff was fine but did not seem to enjoy their job. Room smelled like smoke, shower leaked, and toilet was loud. Room stayed hot all night and you could hear every noise in the hall and the floor above us. Expected more for the price. My daughters said it is the worse of the 3 hotels we stayed in for our trip.

AC in room 221 quit working after 30 min… Did not come on the rest of the night. Front desk chalked it up to “it reaches its temp then stops” . Not in this case. It was very warm and stuffy throughout the night, other then AC issue it was a nice room.

Conveniently located. Clean room, although a little small with our service dog. Toilet very low to ground, should have asked for an accessible room. Friendly staff. Great Mexican restaurant next door.

The room and bed were good. No fan in the bathroom. Shower curtain is too short. Good hot water. Check in young ladies were nice but were incompetent with the credit card. Room price seems high for construction all around the outside of the building.

We've stayed as part of a larger trip and it was just above average. Parking is great if you have trailers and we always do. Staff is friendly. Security seems good. Could use some renovation but overall better than most of the others in town.

The hotel is being renovated, so the end of hotel was hung with plastic & some scaffolding. It wasn’t in the way for us. It was just a one night stay on our trip and was fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny but fine. It has no elevator but the flights of stairs are pretty short. Good place for the price.

First Impressions -Not so greeat

If we hadn't already paid, probably would not have chosen this hotel. Scaffolding work going on outside. Reception area completely lacked character. Not a single brochure for Twin Falls but lots for other towns/areas. Location was at a main intersection. Room was clean.
