What a LOCATION!! Literally, in the midst of all the recreational opportunities the White Mountains has to offer. Relax on the porch listening to the sounds of the river. This wonderfully crafted Brand New Katahdin Log Cabin may just "have it all." Directly on the Ammonoosuc River with over 300 feet river frontage. The cabin is perfect for families/couples plus kids as it has 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. The cabin can sleep up to 12 guests. First floor master has a king bed and full bath, second floor has two king bedrooms, their own bathrooms and TV’s. One with a shower/tub. The loft has a sofa with a pull out bed. The lower level has a Queen suite with a full bathroom plus twin bunk beds. The living room has high ceilings, a great fireplace, wood to burn, for those chilly days, and relaxing after a day on the snow. The lower level is great for relaxing as it has a large TV, big leather couch, Basketball 2 person game, video game, and access to the large outdoor patio with a firepit. Enjoy the large wrap around porch as well as the porch to listen to the river and enjoy the mountain views mountain views. There is a gas grill just off the sliding door. Listen to the flow of the river and just relax. Brand new Samsung Smart TV's throughout the home and strong WiFi. This home is directly on the Ammonoosuc River and the snowmobile trail is right up the street. There are rock steps down to the river. Enter at your own risk.

Located 6-8 mins to Bretton Woods Ski Area and Mt Washington Hotel; direct access to a major snowmobile trail from your front door; some of the best snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking (on and off road) & hiking are immediately available. Adjacent to the White Mountain National Forest.

Pets are allowed with the owners advance approval for an additional $100 pet fee. **********************

This log cabin is absolutely fabulous. Beautiful both inside and out. Close to skiing. We had a fabulous time with our adult children. It fit nine adults comfortably. It was clean, well stocked, lots of extra blankets and pillows. And my kids loved the basketball game in the basement. We will definitely be back.

What a gem!! Mark was fantastic with communication. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We have stayed in many rental properties and this has been by far our FAVORITE! Our entire group commented on how comfortable the beds were (because you can’t always guarantee you’re getting nice mattresses at a rental property) and how perfect the space is. So close to Bretton Woods and nicely tucked in by the River. Beautiful spot!! We can’t wait to return.
