Beach Bum Inn | Large Pool, Dual Kitchens, Porch!

The Beach Bum Inn is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath private pool vacation home that is an excellent option for large family groups visiting Tybee. The home is located in the shadow of the Tybee Island Lighthouse on the North end of the island just a 4-5 block walk past the Tybee Lighthouse to the oceanfront beach at the North Beach lot. Guests can also choose to use the North Beach access point located 2.5 blocks (500 yards) away. A brand new pool has been installed in early 2018 and it is 23 feet by 11 feet, with a depth of 4.5 feet.

This ground level home offers lots of space for your family to enjoy including two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, a game room with pool table, large covered patio, along with a large screened porch table for four and ping pong and foosball tables, and four full baths. There is even split-table seating for up to 16 with additional counter seating for 6. Catch all your favorite games and movies on a large 65-inch Smart TV in one living room, and a 42in flat-screen TV in the second living room. Each living area has a sleeper sofa for additional occupants. Located in between the two living rooms is a game room with a full-size pool table.

Enjoy rocking chairs and hanging swing beds on the front covered porch. The large screened porch on the back of the home offers an outdoor dining table for 4 and a ping pong table, and a 40" flat-screen TV. All of this is situated in the shadow of the Tybee Lighthouse! Guests can relax and enjoy entertaining in the outdoor space and revel in the beauty of Tybee's magnificent, historic Lighthouse! There is a gas grill for cooking out with your group. The pool and patio include an outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Finish off a great vacation day with stories around the fire pit in the backyard.

Parking for 5 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee. This home has High-Speed Internet/WIFI available for guest use. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February).

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
