Love the decor and cleanliness of the property! Floorplan works great for bringing kids! We loved the balcony, although it does overlook the parking lot in addition to the pool. Quick pool access was great though! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach access requires a short, but goregous nature walk.

The property has everything u need and very clean. The owners are responsive and overall highly rate the property and accommodations. The beach however was not so great- not groomed, lots shells and rough - long hike out over the dunes which since I run isn't a big deal but elderly or handicapped should not stay here. The water was murkier than expected coming from the inlet. The better beach was drivable but packed and no parking. The locals were so friendly and found a few great places downtown.

Beautiful Property

The unit was spacious and clean with a huge balcony. We had all the comforts of home. We were able to park both of our pick up trucks under the building with plenty of room to spare. The pool was just steps away but the beach was a bit of a walk. This was a beautiful unit.

The property was great. Very clean, updated and fully stocked for items we might need on our trip. It was quiet and not crowded
 exactly what I was looking for in a vacation. The two large pools and small baby pool were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The beach was a decent hike away, but worth it once we got there. My only suggestion would be to add some blackout curtains to help in sleeping late or an afternoon nap. We would definitely stay here again.

The instruction to the check in was not accurate. We were lost. The address on the check in sheet was not accurate.upon check in we ventured to the beach area only to find multiple signs “ venomous snakes nesting area” and the area before the sandy beach is extremely grassy. We were scared to venture to the beach. Also the beach is a far distance from the condo area.

Stay was good, asked about beach toys and was told didn’t provide . Some sort of agreement with all owners and insurance recommended not to? Something like that . I didn’t know it was so dangerous opening up a beach chair?? But dangerous snakes nearby heading toward beach so.If you are flying and want beach items be prepared to drop another $300

Great Stay

The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is awesome with easy beach access and close to many local bars/restaurants/shopping. The only watch-out for are the steps so be cautious if you have any health issues that prohibit steps. Besides that, very nice place to stay.

Best Be in Shape

There was no elevator or plastic sidewalk through dunes. Since there are no set ups, you had to take chairs through venomous snake area. Construction was going on at the property every day & it was loud. Unit had ticks, no small shampoos or conditioners, no good curtains to block sun, & dishes were dirty.

Great location away from the Hustle and bussle

Located on the Northside of the island. Yes you might have to drive to restaurants but a golf cart rental fixes that. We knew our way around the island well. A park is a 5-8 minute walk away. Definitely stay there again.

Great find!

We were pleasantly surprised at how close the beach was, and the showers near the boardwalk / path to the beach was very helpful to clean off sand before getting back to the condo. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. We had no trouble going the few places we went and enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to the few tourist places we wanted to see.

Condo was nice and as pictured on listing. Wonderfully large balcony with pool view, and close walk to beach. Check in email had some inaccurate information but it was easy to straighten out. The only downside to our stay was that the upstairs unit is very loud, you can hear every step.

Lighthouse Point Beach Club, Unit 5B Stay

We had a brake issue with our car upon arrival at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals. A staff member gave us the name of East Coast Car Care (great) just over the causeway in Savannah. Despite not having a car, we enjoyed walks to North Beach Bar and Grill (great food), the lighthouse, and museum. There are lovely pools right across from our unit, and kind neighbors gave us a lift to the grocery store. Grand day at the beach just a short walk from our unit. Everything was clean and well appointed in 5B. Owners might consider upgrading utensils and cookware, but we truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we had to pay for an extra night as the car repair was anticipated after the 10am check-out time. When the car was ready earlier than promised, Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals attempted to reverse the charge, but it had already gone through. Everyone we encountered was helpful, competent, and friendly. Would stay here again.

Overall, we were very pleased with the process, unit and location. The unit was very clean and decorated very cute. We had 1 issue with the lock on the sliding glass door but the property manager came very quickly to resolve it so we were very pleased.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here very much. There was plenty of room for us. The unit was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy, always a plus when away from home. The location to the beach was great, just a short couple minute walk across the parking lot or up the road to another axcess point. Beach was alway quiet here too, more activity on the beaches near downtown. The pool was clean and warm enough that it was used by the kiddo 4 times throughout our stay. We had no issue with check-in and contact with the management company was pleasant and they were easy to get ahold of. I loved how it was away from the activity of town but not a long walk to things. Just a short drive to Savannah to explore the history. It was also easy to get into places to eat, we never had to wait. We watched a few storms roll in, which was very cool. I would recommend staying here and would stay again.
