Waterfront Vacation Home, Golf-Fish-Swim, Sleeps 12 in Wooded Resort

Rock Springs Retreat is an amazing home located on Lake Greenbriar, which is the largest lake in Holly Lake Ranch.
What a perfect location for a large family, family retreat, or friends getaway. There is a huge deck that overlooks the lake and wraps around to a screened porch. It is the perfect spot for cooking out, watching sunsets and wildlife!
The home has an open floor plan that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is perfect for those large get-togethers and features an island a and a large breakfast bar. Three of the bedrooms have large windows with lake view! The master bedroom is conveniently located on the lower level. Above the garage is a game room with a pool table and in the screened porch we have a ping pong table. Stroll down the boardwalk to your own private fishing dock! Holly Lake Ranch is a beautiful, gated resort community in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Amenities such as golf, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, mini-golf, horseshoes, shuffle board, volley ball, etc. are available to all of our guests. So bring your family or friends to Rock Springs Retreat for a memorable vacation and enjoy the beauty of Holly Lake Ranch!

Please note that our HOA recently instituted a fee for ALL watercraft brought in to use at our lakes. The fee is $100/day for boats, jet skis, kayaks, etc. The fee must be paid at the security office when you arrive for a gate pass.

10 pm noise curfew. No loud noise, music, or parties. If Security is called by neighbors you may be asked to leave without a refund.
As of April 1, 2022 there will be a $50 fee (for 3 days) for guests to bring motored watercraft in to Holly Lake Ranch to use on the private lakes.
No trespassing on neighbors yards or boat docks. Each boat dock is privately owned. Please show respect for our neighbors.

My family and I came to visit friends that live in the area. We had a fabulous stay! House was super clean, location was over the top with the view of the lake and walk to relax on the boat dock! Definitely will stay again when we come back!

Spacious

The property had Great Lake access. The home was spacious, and accommodations were very comfortable. The cooking equipment (stove and grill) need to be serviced or upgraded, but they were functional. There were lots of amenities with the property that kept everyone occupied. Our family enjoyed the time.

Return visit to our favorite property!

I take my family on a weekend trip around the holidays every year and this was on our list for a return visit. Second trip was even better than the first. There’s something for all ages to enjoy between the pool room, ping pong table, huge lake view porch with rocking chairs, and dock. We love the open floor plan and large kitchen which is well stocked with dishes and cooking/baking dishes and utensils. Everything about renting this property was easy and efficient. My favorite part is watching the deer that wander through each morning. It’s fun to drink morning coffee and enjoy the view. Kids kept busy with indoor/outdoor games, video games, and hiking the trails.

AMAZING!

Everything was wonderful! The house is spacious, has everything you could need to cook, to relax and to have fun. Whenever anyone needed anything in the kitchen all we had to do was look for it--it was there. Even as I was grilling chicken on the deck, I wished I had brought my meat thermometer--no problem, there was even one of those available! The game & dvd video cabinet was well-stocked; there was even plenty of books if you wanted to read. However, we spent most of our time outside fishing or just relaxing in the wooden rocking chairs on the big back porch. We took a couple of walks in the neighborhood, enjoyed seeing all the deer, and everyone was so friendly! We thoroughly loved the weekend! We hope we can go back again soon. It was ALL amazing!

Out-side living inside

Views from dining and great room were amazing, enjoying the outdoors while staying indoors. Love the deer, view of lake from a room home and large deck. The rocking chairs were just our speed. The home was well stocked and comfortable.
