Zentrale Lage. Schöner Seeblick. Super Ausgangspunkt für Schiff, Bus oder Bahn. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit. Das Auto muss ins Parkhaus. Kostet 10 pro Tag. Unbedingt beim Vermieter eine Dauerparkkarte kaufen, sonst wird es teurer. Anfahrt für Ein- und Ausladen ist aber möglich. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Kücheneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Erstausstattung wie Spülmittel, Spültaps und diverse Gewürze sind vorhanden. Gesamtzustand der Wohnung könnte durch Austauschen der Bratpfanne, Abdichtung der Duschabtrennung und Auswechseln des Handtuchhalters verbessert werden.Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. s etwas laut bei geöffneten Fenstern.
