Terraced House in Torre San Giovanni, just 50 meters from the sea, characterized by a low rocky coast with easy access, and approximately 300 meters from the nearest equipped beach (Lido Pazze).

The property consists of: two bedrooms, one double and one twin (with a single bed and pull-out bed), kitchen with induction hob, sofa and access to an outdoor area, one bathroom with shower, and a private outdoor space enclosed by a gate, equipped with a table, chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is also a washing machine area which can also be used as a private parking spot.

The location allows easy access on foot to the beach as well as to the town’s main street, Corso Annibale, which is about 800 meters away and offers various services, bars, shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, and more.

Small pets are welcome (a small additional fee is required for cleaning and sanitization due to pet presence). Ideal for families and couples.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance for an additional fee.

Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon request and subject to approval, the following additional fees apply:

Check-in between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM: €30

Check-in between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM: €50

Check-in between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM: €100

Early check-out between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM (upon request and approval): €30
