In this houseboat, you literally live on the water. You see boats sail by, you spot all kinds of beautiful water birds and from your terrace you can stick your feet in the water if you like. Every season has its own charm. Inside, everything has been done to make it as comfortable as possible. Nice sofa, Smart TV, box-spring beds in the master bedroom. Also nice is that the bed is made when you enter and towels are waiting for you. Ideal to really get away from it all

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The park is close to sea/beach, nice towns such as Volendam and Monnickendam on the Markermeer and the large cities Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible by motorway and Schiphol Airport is also nearby. The nearby harbour offers a bistro and brasserie, as well as bicycle and boat rental. From here, you can easily cycle or sail to lovely places along the Uitgeestermeer or further away, such as the Zaanse Schans or the Noordhollands Dune Reserve.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
