Set over two levels, this home offers so much flexibility. With two lounges and several outdoor areas, you can find your own peaceful haven to relax and unwind. Named for its distinctive diamond shaped picture window, this is a holiday property, you won't forget!
Upstairs is the main living area that takes advantage of the glorious ocean vistas. It's a sunny, bright open-plan room with comfortable lounges, smart TV, split air conditioning, a dining suite for 6-8 and a spacious and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Everything is provided for an extended stay including a new oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Off this main living room are two terrific outdoor eating areas; a front covered verandah with a large dining setting and BBQ, lovely views to the ocean and sea breezes; and a sheltered back covered patio with additional seating, overlooking the expansive garden. Also upstairs is the first Queen bedroom, spacious with quiet work space, BIR and water views and a second large Queen with BIR and seating. Both bedrooms have fans. The main bathroom has a large corner bath, a shower and separate toilet.
Downstairs is a second lounge, also with smart TV and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Enjoy a movie, or the cricket with a drink or snack from the kitchenette. Sit at the bar, or the rear outdoor dining setting, through glass sliding doors. There is another Queen bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and a bathtub and a laundry with washer/dryer. All bedrooms offer a generous full length mirror and heaters are available for each bedroom.
Sun loungers and an umbrella on the back lawn, and seating on a front patio provide yet further options for relaxation, whether it's afternoons reading, and perhaps a snooze, after a morning at the beach or sundowners on the patio.
Secure off street parking is offered with access to the double garage.

This lovely home is situated perfectly in a quiet residential street between gorgeous Mollymook and the golden sands of Narrawallee beaches. North Mollymook beach is only a short walk away, as is south Narrawallee through the local bush path. Also within walking distance is the local shopping complex with takeaway, the popular Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and the famous Bannisters Pavilion. Rick Stein's Bannisters is only a short drive away. The Mollymook Bowling Club is also walking distance. Take cooking off the menu and treat yourself!
Whether it's surfing, swimming, boating or fishing, or simply relaxing on the beach, it's all only a stone's throw away. Alternatively, enjoy a walk along the Mollymook esplanade from north to south end to Mollymook Golf Club, cafes and surf club.
Further afield also provides a wealth of activities. A five minute drive south takes you to the beautiful harbour town of Ulladulla. There you'll find more eateries, boutiques, supermarkets, cinemas and tennis complex. Historic Milton with its thriving cafe scene is a few kilometres north where you can browse the local art galleries and antique shops.
