The worst motel

The worst motel I have ever stayed at . I was there for 4 night and if I wanted clean towels I would have had to pay for housekeeping $25.( they did give me one clean towel) Very old and tired motel . You have to do your own washing up with antibacterial soap which is not acceptable . They tired to tell me it was washing up liquid . Which it was not . They are pulling it down in June so really they don’t care . Don’t stay there

Thanks, however your review is not accurate maybe you should read the inclusions before booking as our pricing is a third lower than our competitors because we do not include because daily Housekeeping is on request and the fees varies: up to AUD 50; If you want to save some money bring your own change of towels and wash up your own cup. The all purpose soap is not antibacterial soap we refill containers as this is the environmentally friendly. We do care very much about our guests our rooms are spotless and everything works well.

The staff is the worst ever in the world terrible service

Well this guest could not check in due to not being able to provide... The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.This is a bank requirement in order to stop fraud.

I didn’t end up staying there because the woman was so rude I booked into the Ulladulla harbour motel instead and they were just wonderful. Let me check in at 12. It was worth loosing my money. Would not recommend it to anyone

False and Misleading Statement of Facts.I answered the phone to you during my lunch break. I noticed a heightened abrupt tone in your voice when you asked to check in at 9:30am. We are a very popular motel where guests tend to hang around and enjoy the panoramic Sea View.So I explained that Guests are still vacating their rooms until 10:00am. Then the cleaners start. Because you booked through Wotif. The correct protocol is to send me a message through Wotif for changes to your booking. Then I would look into options available to you.Your reply to me was in a heightened abrupt tone and your words were not very nice. This behavior towards staff will never be tolerated. Because you were so abusive and upset with my reply. In the middle of my meal I sent you a generated letter that had three different options for you that would work. I received no reply for days so I then reached out to you via Wotif to try to help you.Then a few days later I received a response that you had booked somewhere else.Instead I receive a False and Misleading Statement of Facts Review. All the communications are recorded in the Watif message center.

Location was great. Motel is old and out of date. Staff were not very helpful
