Situated in a quiet area of Mollymook, The Secret Garden is a suburban paradise. Sit on the deck, enjoy a drink and relax while you enjoy the view of the ocean and surrounding gardens. Listen to the waves, smell the salt and soak in the calmness and serenity of the garden and the Mollymook area.

The house is 2 storeys with the main living areas, kitchen and deck upstairs (capturing the ocean views), including 2 of the bedrooms. Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom and 2nd lounge / kids retreat with couch, bunks and a 2nd Smart TV. Enjoy watching Netflix or Stan via the free WiFi or delve into the in house DVD collection.
On the deck the BBQ awaits. Fire it up and harvest some of the edible delights from the garden to create a homemade feast. Grab a drink and listen to some tunes or find a book in the bookcase and while away the hours while kids are kept busy with the table tennis table.
For those wanting some activity, the beach is a short walk away, whilst Narrawallee inlet and Burrill Lake are short drives to the North or South.

Mollymook with it 's beautiful beach, dolphins playing in the surf, the beachside paradise of Mollymook has lots of appeal. Enjoy delicious dining, go surfing and play a round of golf overlooking the sparkling ocean. You might even spot majestic whales migrating along the NSW South Coast.

Mollymook Beach stretches for 2km, from Bannisters Point in the north to the Mollymook Golf Club atop the southern headland. Both ends of the beach are patrolled during the warmer months. Relax on the fine sands, enjoy beach fishing, and go snorkelling or diving around the rocky headlands and central reef.

The grassy knoll behind the beach is perfect for picnics. At the southern end of the beach there is a large natural rock pool, called the Bogey Hole. The shallow tidal pool is great for swimming and snorkelling.

Treat yourself and dine at the award-winning Rick Stein at Bannisters, enjoying local oysters, freshly caught seafood and coastal views. Another acclaimed dining experience in Mollymook is Tallwood, an all-day eatery that serves a seasonally-changing menu. Dial up the luxury and visit the Bannisters Day Spa.

Bella Coastal Properties has a strict 'NO PARTY POLICY. ' All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced, guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided)

Very happy with the space for a group. The inside was clean, but the outside was very dirty, we needed to sweep the decks, clean the tables and chairs, get rid of cobwebs everywhere, clean the outside lounge and even clean some windows so we could see the view. The 4th bedroom was an open area with no doors for privacy, no linen was supplied, and the bed protectors etc all needed washing. We loved the house to stay in and would recommend it, BUT why are we charged a cleaning fee if the whole house is not cleaned??

Spacious house with lots of room for entertaining

A nice house with plenty of space for a group of people. Would be great for people with kids. The large DVD collection was great along with the well stocked book stand. The large deck was great, and the outdoor couch was super comfy for an afternoon nap. The house itself was clean and tidy however the BBQ was disgusting and covered in mould, was easier to cook inside than even attempt to clean the BBQ. The downstairs bedroom smelt foul, and was unpleasant to sleep in. There was no mention of a bond on the stayz listing but was called 2 days prior to pay a $500 bond, it would have been nice to have had this information prior to booking.

Secret Garden

The property was lovely, beautiful views across to the sea, and a lovely garden. My daughter and her bridesmaids got ready for the big day and there was lots of room. The beds were very comfortable upstairs, we had no need for downstairs rooms. Would love to stay again.

Lovely spacious house with a gorgeous garden. Close to the beach, very well appointed, however, if you like a good set of sharp knives and a decent size bread board, take your own!

The Secret Garden (backing onto the Princes highway)

First advice I would give is to not book this property via Stayz or any similar website. We would have saved $161 if we had just booked directly through Bella Coastal Property instead of through Stayz for our 2 night stay. Find what you want on Stayz, then book direct with the real estate agent to avoid ridiculous Stayz fees. The house is located roughly 900m from the beach and the backyard actually backs onto the Princes Highway. From the backyard there is quite a bit of traffic noise, however it is barely noticeable from inside the house. It would not be realistic to walk to the beach from this house if you have kids and/or any gear to carry, as the house is on a reasonably high hill. Be prepared to drive everywhere. The house itself felt spacious and was clean (as you would expect for over $1000 for 2 nights!). What we didn't expect was that we would still need to bring our own sheets and pillow cases, towels etc. at this price point. It was disappointing that the bbq igniter did not work as we were looking forward to having a bbq on the deck. We gave up on the first night and later found a note in the guest documents stating that this was the case and to lift the grill plates up and light the burners that way. When we lifted the grill and saw how filthy it was under there, we changed our minds on having a bbq. On the plus side, there are distant water views and lots of bird life. Rainbow lorikeets could be fed by hand from the deck upstairs. Relaxing on the deck is probably the nicest thing about the house. The sunrise from the deck is lovely. The garden is also beautiful to walk around.

Great house and location. The birdlife and surroundings are gorgeous. Slight issue with the noise from the highway traffic but apart from that it was a lovely house and close to beach and amenities.

Excellent stay

I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the property as well as the communication process with the property manager. The house was easy to access and had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend 'The Secret Garden' to anyone who is considering on going away down the coast.

Great escape

Very well maintained property, beautiful garden, lots of space for 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the design of the streets means the property takes a little time to get to off the main road. Even though the main road boarders the back of the property.
