Spacious renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining, separate lounge room which has 2 additional king single beds, outdoor entertaining on large covered rear deck which leads out into the enclosed back yard, great for children or dogs. New reverse cycle air conditioning units. We request you bring your own linen - sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We are able to maintain a reasonable rental price due to this. Undercover BBQ area. The house is fully equipped with USB phone charging outlets, television and google mini to stream all your favourite music and radio, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Walk to town centre, harbour, fish Co-op. restaurants and sea pool, cinema, ten pin bowling, Fun Land for the kids. Beach only a short walk away. Great Home to relax and unwind in. Parking in large flat enclosed back yard for vehicles and boats. Fantastic fully enclosed yard safe for children and dogs.

Mollymook patrolled beach just a short drive away, have breakfast on the beach. Historic Milton Just a short drive, with lots of shopping. Regular markets at Ulladulla, Milton and Mollymook.

This is a great house to gather family together, lots of beds and space, a good big kitchen and lovely outdoor dining area. The host was very responsive and was straight onto a small hiccup at the beginning of our stay. Would definitely recommend if you have a large group.

Great Getaway

Just a man and his dog so we didn't need much. The priority for me was a secure and private yard for my boy and this property was perfect. The lawn was green and mowed and the yard was safe. We enjoyed the easy walks to the Warden Head lighthouse and Rennie's Beach. Furnishings and appliances are all modern and servicable. Would definitely stay again. AAA+++

Weekend by the water

Wonderful house in a great location. Had everything we needed & a fabulous yard for our 4 legged family members. Lovely relaxing weekend despite the soggy weather - enjoyed watching the rain falling from the comfort on the day beds in the lounge. Jacqui is a friendly & helpful host. We will be back😍

Doggy Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very difficult to find dog friendly places, that have a big closed yard. However, this place exceeded our expectations. The dogs absolutely loved it. It was local to everything, so everything was very convenient to get to and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely a place we would consider coming back to.

Relax with family and pets

Excellent location and a fantastic yard for your furry family to enjoy. You can sit out on the back deck and relax knowing your dogs are secure. Good set up on lounge comfy chairs and Netflix 🙂 Beds are very comfy and the shower is fantastic.
