Great stay, could be better.

The lady at the front seat was so friendly and very helpful. She changed my room twice and checked with me to see if I was happy with the third room that she gave me. I changed rooms because I specifically booked a room with a bathtub. I first checked that the air jets from the jacuzzi were working. The two rooms I was given at first were not satisfactory and she was more than happy to change the rooms for me. The third room I got was good. The floor heating in that room was not working though but later on everything was perfect through the help of the very friendly staff. Location was great too. Near to the downtown area and thatโ€™s where I wanted to be. Over all 8.9/10
