A separate WC is also available on this floor. A covered terrace of 20 m2 is accessible directly from the living area, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, and offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath and WC. The second bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private bathroom with bath and WC. On the second upper floor, 2 further bedrooms are available.
