The newly built flat (50 mÂČ) (2017), furnished with care and love in a modern style, offers everything you need for a holiday in complete comfort. The flat is located in a holiday home with 6 similar flats for rent. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparia, which is part of the Salvore-Umag area. The area has been known to tourists for centuries for its healing air, thanks to the pine forests of the area, nature and tranquillity. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija Lighthouse, built in 1818. The beach is about 900 metres away and can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Children welcome.The flat is located on the second floor of the house and has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, safe, a bedroom with bunk bed (2x 80x200), wardrobe, in the living room the sofa bed (150x200), bed linen provided (weekly change), flat screen satellite TV, coffee table, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, Towels provided two per person for the bathroom (weekly change), eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4 electric ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dining table and chairs, free wifi, air conditioning, from the kitchen you go out onto the balcony (7 m 2) which is furnished with table and chairs and offers a magnificent view over the countryside. Ideal for enjoying coffee in the morning and admiring the surrounding nature. For common use, the house offers: the fenced garden and car park, the outdoor pool and outdoor shower (7x3 m rectangular 24 sqm, depth 140 cm with stairs from 30.09. to 19.10.) sun loungers, the sun terrace around the 25 sqm pool, parasols, barbecue area, iron and ironing board. The nearby beaches are of different types, sandy, pebbly, concrete, rocks for all tastes. The area is one of the few where the coast changes its shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours. The centre of Umag is 7 km from the house, in the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the historic centre of Umag, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground right by the sea. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is recommended to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag: Tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, nightclubs, various boat or bus excursions. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artist town GroĆŸnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of white truffles, Hum the smallest town in the world, PN Plitvice, the coastal areas PN Brioni, fish picnic boat, excursion to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave.
