The modest flat is located on the first floor of a family house that still offers a flat and a bedroom with bathroom for rent (two-room flat for 2 people on the ground floor and the bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor). The house has a beautiful garden and a private car park on the property.
The Luciana1 flat is in an excellent location, just 200 metres from the beach.
The flat is located in a quiet and comfortable area, ideal for those who do not like to travel by car on holiday.
The nearest rocky beach is only 200 metres away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot, crossing a lawn and the olive grove. The pebble beach, where sun loungers and parasols can be hired, is only 300 metres away, while the sandy beach is 850 metres away.

The excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood are recommended for those who love good Istrian cuisine. On the edge of the beaches you will find various fast food restaurants and bars. There is no shortage of beautiful, quiet areas for coastal walks. Close to the tourist village of Savudrija, the Savudrija campsite and the famous Savudrija lighthouse. The area is very popular for its variety of beaches: sandy, pebbly and rocky for every need and taste. The centre of Umag is only 7 km away.
In the centre of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, take a walk along the famous Umag embankment, explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag or visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground by the sea.
